Opis:

Jo Sea 3 is a nicely equipped cruiser Gemini 105MC. Agile and easy to manage when short handed. Sail controls are led aft.  The mainsail is on a Tides Marine strong track for easy hoisting and dousing. The I/O motor pivots with the rudders making for stress free docking. And when you leave the dock the lower unit raises completely out of the water. 
Centerboards in each hull help the Gemini track upwind and downwind and can be raised to get in the shallows.
Cruising features include a water maker, RADAR and autopilot.
The salon features a U-shaped settee with a large 2 leaf table which can be expanded when necessary. The starboard side galley as plenty of work space and storage for longer passages. Forward is the entrance to the master berth. The  port hull has plenty of counter space and additional storage lockers as well as the head/shower located forward.

The master berth is center line forward offering a spacious queen berth sleeping arrangement.  There is plenty of storage as well as windows above for stargazing.  

The two aft cabins are good sized and can be used as storage for longer passages.
