The place is 10-15 minutes from Spire and you can find a lot of public transport over here also supermarkets and pubs.

The room is big enough for two people.

Currently one Italian and one Indian girl at the room , the Italian will go.

Another one male person at the house.

Rent 385 euro + Deposit 385 euro

Bills 15 euro wifi + electricity, that depend from us, no money from bins.

We are looking for an easy going and tidy person that will be preferable to (if it possible to provide reference), like us and aged between 25 and 35 years old

and the vacancy is for a year.

The new person will meet the landlord who is a nice person.
