  Mechanical Inspection, serviced Head Drain, Double Clamp Intake Manifold, Engine
  Intake, Head intake. Install Port and Starboard Underwater Lights. Repacked the Rudder
  Gland, replaced studs on Rudder Gland. Cleaned bottom and allied Two coats. Check
  shaft alignment: .002

  New Air Horn, 30 amp breaker, removed A/P motor + gear exchanger, rebuilt, re-installed,
  new bolts, remounted gear assembly. Installed new VHF radio and RAM Mic 3 (upper
  deck) installed new VHF antenna, connected original VHF to existing antenna for auxiliary
  operation. Replaced A/P with Simrad A/P at lower helm, rudder feedback, Installed new
  chart plotter Simrad GO7 Wifi unit with remote handheld, installed sonar. Replaced
  battery cables 6ga., installed Simrad Radar and ran LED lighting to top of mast, Installed
  new stereo, and speakers below and on flybridge.
• Removed, serviced and replaced steering chain cable, lubed steering shaft. All
  batteries replaced this year with Interstate batteries: 2 each 4D Deep Marine Cycle and 1
  each 4D Starting battery. Inverter Charger top grade. 12 volt outlets installed upper and
  lower stations.
• Replaced both upper and lower oil pressure gauges and sender. Anchor
  windlass service and lubed.
• New bait tank pump installed.
• New stove, propane (fiberglass) installed. New refrigerator with freezer installed. TV
  Flatscreen forward and rear. New bed mattresses in aft cabin. New LED lights installed in
  original light fixtures.
• New head in Forward Head, new plumbing, New plumbing and valve replacement in Aft
  Head. New Sealand Odersafe Sanitation Hose, 1 1⁄2 “, New hose clamps 7/2019. New
  canvas panel on upper helm, new cap rail canvas and hand hold canvas.
• Both tanks were inspected and fuel polished and 68 gallons added to tanks. Tanks are full.
• Original Wall instruments were rebuilt.
