Parkins Yard built in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Parkins H-28's have a deserved reputation for being well built and having a solid glass hull. Boat is easily single handed. Cutter rigged. Classic Herreshoff lines and a new hull paint make for an attractive boat. 

Teak bowsprit  with anchor roller. ProFurl furling for genoa and a traditional inner forestay for Yankee jib. Main has two reef points, Doyle stackpack and lazy jacks. Heavy duty mast and  rigging. Double stays.

BMW 12 HP single cylinder diesel installed new 2008. Forty gallon fuel tank. 

Vessel has some rot in plywood under teak decks and behind veneer at stainless port hole starboard. Simpson Lawrence manual windlass, chain and anchor.
