General Description
This unique houseboat has fiberglass catamaran hulls and is powered with a Yamaha 115 hp 4-Stroke. There is a 10' x 8' front deck with a 72\" extended front overhang for shade. There is also a huge deck topside with 30\" railings that can handle your whole crew for sun and fun.

In the cabin there is a large galley area with a refrigerator, microwave, 3-burner stove, 2- compartment sink and a huge amount of storage. Also, inside is a comfortable head compartment with a separate stand up shower, sink and vanity. There is a full-size bed in the rear stateroom and a jackknife sleep sofa forward.

Actual Condition
This is a donation boat. We are told by the donor that: blistering of the fiberglass hulls (see pics) need repair plus, water does enter the pontoons so they need to be repaired to prevent any further water intrusion.

All plumbing and electrical functional (sinks, shower, toilet, refrigerator, microwave, propane stove, propane hot water heater, vent fan, heat/air conditioning, etc.)
