Actual Condition
This Frost Down East was made to work and fetch lobsters. Being built in Brunswick, Maine she's a sturdy girl that is now used for pleasure cruising. The owner has asked that we find her a good home. They have enjoyed her, but time to move on to another.

There was major renovation in 2003 as the owners rebuilt and made a cabin addition. She visits the water every season for enjoyment, aside of this season. She was removed from the water to get on the market for sale.
