General Description
The Northern Bay 36 offers the perfect combination of speed, seaworthiness and economy, is very versatile and can be used for a lot of different commercial activities or just as a pleasure boat!

Actual Condition
This 36' Northern Bay is a well-built Down East Lobster-Fishing vessel. The \"ZF Transmission\" was removed, and it is reported before repairing, the owner passed away.

The parts are now boxed-up in the cabin. It is also reported that one fuel tank may have a leak, and should be inspected. The mast and rails were lowered for transport.

Personal items and steering wheel from lower helm were remove from by a family member before vessel was picked up.
