Starting with one of the nicest master staterooms you will find in a vessel under 40'.  Two staterooms with two full heads, a full galley & dinette, comfortable salon, side decks that are safe and wide.  And beautiful real teak cabinetry throughout.  Lots of updates over last 10 years; new marine air units, Garmin Chartplotter, fresh batteries, interior updates and fresh buff and wax.  

Owner has decided reluctantly that its time to move on.  Will consider offers.
