This is my retirement perfect boat and I have cruised it down the AICW from NY to currently in Daytona; however I was just offered a job in PV that I was hoping for, and so this boat goes to Cozumel or it sells and I go to PV. The engines have run flawlessly, and I have just changed the oil and filters.

I'm on the wrong coast ...............

Interior is in good condition. New carpet 2018, $6000 in new canvas,  Both a/c's blow cold, Westerbeke 7.7kw genset runs great, New propane gas cooktop installation. Twin Perkins 6.3544 turbo with 1200 hrs since new. Four new batteries. Regular maintenance has always been done.

A few things like trimming the propane locker installation was going to be completed in Mexico.

This is my personal vessel and I am moving it to Cancun/Cozumel. As of June 27th I am in Daytona on my way to Fort Meyers.  I have been offered a position in Puerto Vallarta and if the boat sells I will take it otherwise I will continue to Cancun to retire or maybe sell there. Lots of options.

This is an excellent family vessel for the money and is designed and laid out for a retirement dock condo/cruiser.
