The M/V Grand Adventure, is a 1978 Hatteras 37 convertible yacht powered by Caterpillar C-9 engines 650 hours. Vessel has had continuous upgrading by owner which included new Awl Craft paint job in 2015. New electronics were installed in 2014 which included Garmin 72 mile Radar, two (2) Garmin GPSMap 840xs chart plotters, Gamin auto pilot, and high and low frequency transducers, new Standard Horizon VHF and Gamin XM antenna. Vessel had new port and starboard bronze propellers and 1 3/4 inch stainless steel propeller shafts installed in 2006. The shafts were installed with PYI Dripless seals. Vessel had new port and starboard bronze rudders and rudder shafts installed in 2006. The rudders were upgraded to dripless design. New 1/2 tower installed, new bridge built, new eisenglass  enclosure installed in 2014. Vessel was totally rewired in 2002. Currently located in Apalachicola Florida.

Faithfully maintained throughout its life, constantly on a maintenance schedule. This Hat is ready to see, show and go! Top speed is 38 mph and fuel capacity is 480 gallons, that alone sets Grand Adventure apart from the competition.
