General Description
Walking down to the main salon to port, is the galley, which is a well-protected area when cooking at sea. To starboard, is a nav station/desk area with standard and custom cabinets. Aft to starboard is a small double quarter-berth.

A small step down is the salon, with a centerline folding table and keel stepped mast. Starboard settee extends to form a large berth.

To starboard is an enclosed head with spacious storage, an integral hot/cold pressure water shower, sink and doors to either the salon or the forward stateroom.

Forward is a V-Berth master stateroom. She has storage outboard and forward is a bulkhead door to access the anchor chain locker. The Cabo Rico 38 has one of the widest forward berths we have seen in a 38-foot cruiser.

Under the steps is a removable cover that provides good access to the rebuilt Perkins diesel engine. Tanks on the Cabo Rico 38 are below the floors, down low, providing additional ballast in a well-balanced hull.

Actual Condition
The owner of this beautiful 38' Cabo Rico has asked CSI to remarket the sailboat. The owner originally purchased her as a project boat to eventually enjoy all the hard-work and dedication he gave her.

Unfortunately, the owner can no longer move forward with the project and now looking to give her a new home. Between the photos provided and the list below will give you a great idea of where the owner left off and you can begin. Send in your offers!
