MMSI programmed 2001 with upgrades, Clarion Stereo 5 CD changer IPod wire and with SAT Sirius radio 2008. Furuno RD 30 gps log hours repeater and linked to Amar weather station. 2008 TV HD Antena 2015 NEW CANVAS BRIDGE instrument cover 2019 EPIRB NOAA cert expires 11/13/2020 SWITLIK 6 man life raft needs re-very this spring after launch.

Solar System / Electrical

4 solar panels @ 100 watts on hard top feeding solar system with continuous charging back up to three 3 8D AGM batteries REPL 2017 and 1 X24 genset battery.

Control panels in engine room and on monitor in breaker panel in salon All installed & serviced as needed by Hamilton Ferris Co.  including Magnum 2000 watt inverter 300 amp fuse system. A full description of this entire electrical system is documented and displayed at main control panel in salon.

Salon

24” Visio Smart HD Flat Screen TV

Yamaha Home Theater Surround Sound hooked to 5 Definitive Audio speakers plus a power sub woofer custom installed behind EH Factory grates and sub in lazarrete in salon. DVD Samsung  all installed 2015 NorCold Refridge 3.8 cu in new 2019 NovaCool Refridge replaced ice maker 2013 Sea Frost Bait Freezer repl orig 2018 cockpit, Dometic Two zone air conditioning / heat with separate controls in salon and Master 2012 replaced main unit and controller in 2017.

Panasonic microwave and a Princess two burner electric stovetop in salon

Teak & Holly floors Through out replaced all carpeting 2013, Refurbished Pompanette captains seats (2).

New head liner in crews quarters 2018.

Engine Room

3126 CAT MAINS. @ 1 - 2006 S; 1 - 2001 P Hours : 2457 S;  2465 P Starboard engine was replaced at 1261 hours so meter on S should be actually 1261 hours less. Per previous sellers notation in EH owners manual and buyers marine survey conducted in 2006 (copy available).

Genset : Oman 1711 hours

All have been maintained to factory specs by Doug Gorham since  purchase in Dec 2006.

Strong shaft seals

FireBoy engine shutdown/ override system Bennet trim tabs replaced 2019 SeaStar steering piston replaced 2009. Fluids replaced in 2018 when autopilot was installed.

 Decking upgrades

Installed FlexiTeak in cockpit by Kingman Marine in 2008 and  bridge deck later in 2010.

Awlgripped  cockpit stern area after minor cosmetic repairs made in 2012 

Windlass Lewmar V3 40’ chain 200’ line 44 lb Lewmar Delta anchor with deck switches and bridge control replaced / added 2009 Hot Water Heater replaced 2017 Both Engine mains raw Water intakes with crash valves replaced 2018 Salt water wash down & bait well though hull and all valves replaced 2020
