Completely self-sufficient with its own power-generating capabilities and USCG certification for 4,000 passengers, this is the largest self-powered vessel of its kind in the world and is now available for immediate deployment -SHORT, OR LONG-TERM CHARTER.

This highly maneuverable, triple Z-drive propelled vessel, with dual bow thrusters and shallow draft 8'6\" measures 394'7\" in length, with a breath of 88' and a total capacity of 4,407 persons including crew.  As a US-built, US-flagged, US-owned coast-wise qualified vessel, this floating complex can be deployed most anywhere in the U.S., Canada, South America and/or the Caribbean basin on short notice.

Ideally suited for office/meeting/event/school/club purposes, this floating complex can accommodate one single tenant, or one tenant per deck, and/or multiple tenants within its 74,300-sq. ft. of air conditioned space.
