Tenuta Malacoda is an estate working as farm, winery and agriturismo composed by the residential building and the building where there are stables and annexes.

The residential building is composed as follows:

- On the ground floor there are living/dining room, kitchen, a double lounge room, tasting room (ex staff apartment), 3 bathrooms and a private cellar;
- On the first floor, there is a wide living room with fireplace and library, 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, one of the rooms with Turkish bath, 2 wide wardrobes and there is the access to the big, panoramic terrace overlooking the valley.

Location
Tenuta Malacoda is located only 3km to Trequanda, in the province of Siena, in the area between the Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi, bordering on a territory that is famous above all for Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano, great wine producing towns.
Here, the area itself is really the soul of the wines produced.

Trequanda is a medieval village and one of the most unspoilt areas of the province of Siena, that was developed around a 13th century castle of which a cylindrical tower with battlements still remains today. The historic centre is an airy and sunny piazza overlooked by the splendid Romanesque church dedicated to San Pietro and Sant'Andrea.

Siena is only 40km away, Florence is about 115km and heading towards both cities the entire region offers a multitude of little countryside villages to discover, places to see, restaurants where to eat and things to do.

Given the strategic location of Tenuta Malacoda, you can also take advantage of nearby trips to the Brunello region and the Chianti and the estate remains well connected to the main communication roads and easily accessible.
The Valdichiana exit of the motorway is only about 15km away and even closer the connection Siena - Bettolle.

Current state and condition
The property was founded in 2005. Conditions are very good overall, the exterior is in stone and inside there are typical elements of the rustic Tuscan style such as terracotta tiles, arches and wooden beam ceilings.

The utilities are all present, there is wood heating and a tank for the collection of rainwater used for the garden.
