This 4 bedroom Manor house is located just outside the town of Castanheira de Pera and contains 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a good size kitchen in the main house, the annex has one bedroom, living room, a bathroom and prepared for a kitchen to be fitted. Manor house:

Annex:
To reach the annex you can either go through the courtyard at the front, or the veranda from the Manor house, or the third option is through the double gates and a parking space behind the manor house.
The first room in the annex is the kitchen, that is all prepared for, but not yet fitted, to your right is the bathroom with a shower, 1 bedroom and a living room. In the annex an air condition unit is fitted.
The annex will also need some TLC to bring it back to it's former glory.
The ground floor of the annex is an open space, prepared with new electrics and plastered stone walls. Next to this space is the garage that is reached from the country road, also in stone walls and a good size storage, currently used to store hay.
Garden:
Is at the back of the houses, very lush and private, with some stone walls and a well, on top of the land is another gated entrance. There is plenty of olive trees, orange, cherry. lemon and kiwi.
Both houses has double glazed windows and new roofs with new beams, some items are included in the sale, such as the wood burners and cooker, there is a possibility to include some of the furniture.
Electricity and mains water is connected, sewage is on the street.
In Castanheira de Pera, you will have doctor, schools, supermarkets, cafes and resturantes, weekly fruit and vegetable market, a famous outdoor swimming pool with a wave machine called Praia de Rocas and plenty of river beaches.
Lisbon and Porto is around 2 hours away and Coimbra, Portugal's third biggest city is around 35 minutes away, the seaside is around a 50 minute drive.
