We are proud to present a hidden jewel in Savannah's Landmark Historic District. 505 East President, constructed in 1854 for a successful Savannah businessman, was once the Ivy Inn, but has primarily functioned as a single family residence for the past 159 years. The three story home was built in what was once described as "The Old Style", but is most closely associated with the Regency Style we know today.
