This detached building is solely for residential purposes, with four residential units (two apartments in the ground floor and first floor level), two storeys -basement, ground floor, attic.

The main entrance to the building is on the north side of the building.
In the basement there is a summer kitchen (access from outside the south side of the building), and two storage rooms (both with entrance from outside - one from the south and one on the east side of the building).

The ground floor has access from the north side of the building, and consists of two apartments, and an entrance hall which connects the inner vertical communication (double staircase).
