This is a very versatile boat with conservative trawler-style appearance and built on a semi-displacement hull with a wide beam, sharp entry, hard chines and a full-length keel for directional stability and prop-protection. The cockpit is on the same level as the salon providing a wide-open and practical sedan-style layout plan. Forward in the salon the galley is to port and the lower helm is to starboard with a sliding door adjacent. Aft in salon is a dining table with port/starboard seating. There are two staterooms forward and the head has a stall shower. Cockpit deck is teak, varnished cap rails and trim.The flybridge overhang shades the cockpit, and the wide side decks provide access to the bow. The flybridge is arranged with the center line helm aft, (2) helm chairs and seating forward of the console. Heavy duty welded aluminum framed overhead with laced on vinyl top, electronics box and radar antenna. Twin 3208 375 HP Caterpillars and 8 Kw Westerbeke auxiliary generator with sound shield.

This Island Gypsy is in the process of being remodeled and will need some additional work to complete the refurbishing.
