The queen of the O'day fleet, the 40 was drawn by Philipe Briand It began as the Jeanneau Sun Fizz 39 in a joint venture with the French builder. The legendary C. Raymond Hunt's firm was called to redesign it as the O'day 40/Jeanneau Sun Fizz 40.

Briand drew performance designs and the O'day 40 bears that out. In light air or a blow, she'll track like a dream and delight you with her speed, finesse and sea-kindliness.
