St. Claire is a classic cruiser with many recent upgrades The Brewer 44 is the perfect cruising boat, safe, comfortable, well built and strong. She is a blue water cruiser with heavy displacement. The design is based on the Whitby 42 ketch. Lore has it the Brewers built in Fort Myers, like this one, were better constructed. The center cockpit is spacious with a large aft deck and the boat overall is extremely well balanced. 
There is a full keel (with 'Brewer bite') skeg hung rudder and cutter rig, she can take on any conditions. The Center Cockpit is spacious and affords a large aft deck which is ideal for cruisers to use as a porch, workshop or fish station. She is in excellent condition and has been actively cruised by her current owners who brought her from California, around the Atlantic to Columbia. 
Accomodations are two cabin, 2 head, with spacious salon. Dining table converts to full size berth
