Newer Island Gypsy 44 no. 142.  Covered sun deck with full eisenglass enclosure, dingy cradle and crane on roof.    Large fly bridge with Bimini, steering station, two couches and table. Twin Cummins 6BTA 5.9M Diesel engines approximately 2750 hours.  Recent heat exchanger service and sea water impellers.  Very economical 7 knots @ 1400 RPM.  Westerbeke 12.5BTDA genset, 1379 hours.

672 gal. fuel all stainless steel tanks, fuel polished 6/6/19.  Racer filters and fuel manifold.  400 gal. fresh water in SS tank.  60 gal holding tank with monitor.

Survey with separate mechanical survey March 2019.  New bottom paint, zincs, aft cutlass bearings replaced, rudder bearings secured with new hardware and repacked, June 2019.

We Expanded NEMA 2000 network to both steering stations June 2019, Garmin GMR 7612VXS plotter, new GMR-24xHD radar 6/2019, Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot with GHC head and GHP 10 2.1 L pump, hydraulic steering cylinder rebuilt July 2019, factory refurbished GXM52 XM weather antenna installed June 2019, Sitex MD5A class B AIS transceiver new June 2019, VDO rudder angle indicator at both stations new June 2019, Standard Horizon Eclipse GX1400G 25 watt VHF on flybridge new June 2019, Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF at lower steering station.  Full Cummins panels at both stations.  

Galley up and aft of main salon, Frigidare two door refrigerator/freezer, four burner propane galley stove with exhaust hood and new microwave. Corian counters and single deep sink, Engle top load refrigerator/freezer built into counter top ( new compressor).

Main salon has L shaped settee, one recliner, LG 42 in. flat screen and blue ray player.

Foreward stateroom has Vee berths, separate single pilot berth (stbd, aft) and head with shower, sink and vacuflush commode.  Engine room entry door is aft of pilot berth.

Owners stateroom if full beam width with queen centerline berth, lots is storage drawers, lockers and roomy hanging locker to stbd of stairs.  A separate head with shower with glass door is port side fwd of stateroom, has corian counter, sink, lots of storage and vacuflush commode.
