\"Maggie B\" is a 1989 44’ Ocean Super Sport two stateroom, two en-suite head sportfishing style boat that is as comfortable entertaining friends and family in the large salon or fishing offshore. She has been meticulously maintained and upgraded by her current and only second owner since new. \"Maggie B\" had a significant refit at Ocean Yachts in 2003 that included upgrade of all soft goods, including New custom salon furniture, New salon valances, Hunter Douglas day/night roll up shades, headliner throughout, wallpaper throughout, lighting throughout and galley upgrade; New teak cockpit sole.  In 2018 she was updated with New carpeting throughout and all salon furniture reupholstered with high quality Sunbrella fabrics. Location of the galley provides the chef a separate space to prepare meals while still being engaged in the salon conversation and activities.  The master stateroom is forward with a walk around queen bed and ensuite head and shower. The guest stateroom also with en-suite head and shower is located forward and to port.
