The 450 Sundancer is where a lot of people begin their journey into diesel powered sport yachts and this is one to seriously consider.  It is in beautiful shape and was buffed, waxed, and bottom painted in the Fall of '16 and the shine is still there like she just had it done--most likely because she stays in a totally COVERED SLIP in FRESHWATER--where she has spent her whole life.  The sellers have recently replaced the master berth with a custom mattress, two new flatscreens in the salon and v-berth, and a third one in the cockpit.  The cabin is bright and airy feeling because of the Bird's-Eye Maple interior package--it definitely doesn't feel cave-like!  The galley refrigerator was replaced three years ago and the batteries in '17.  The major upgraded stereo in the cockpit is quite impressive--it was recently updated and has Bluetooth, Sirius, Pandora, aux, and USB ports.  This is one where they will definitely hear you before they see you--if you desire.  Unbelievably LOW HOURS--306+/- on 340 Cats.  This one should make it to your short list!  Make an appointment to see it in person!  (Actual photos coming soon!)
