Actual Condition

The boat suffered loss of mast and rigging during Hurricane Irma. Overall the boat is in fair condition and ready for a refit. The majority of wiring missing in the panel and the control face is missing. The cockpit teak is in nice condition. There is no anchor and some panels in the staterooms are missing. Also missing are some deck hardware and cushions. The engine appears to be in good condition.
Please inspect carefully before making an offer.

NOTE:
The boat will be sold with proof of insurance loss/settlement, PREVIOUS KNOWN OWNERS NAME AND IF KNOWN CONTACT INFORMATION, bills of sale from the previous owner, and a (Bill of Sale from Certified Sales, Inc.) purchase invoice. The buyer will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity notice (stating the buyer understands the boat MAY BE currently under foreign registry). After completion of the sale the vessel may still be under a foreign registry and it will be the winning bidders responsibility to re-register IN THE BUYERS NAME or delete from that FOREIGN registry, THEN REGISTER OR DOCUMENT.
