This boat was loved and restored by its owner of 20 years until he recently passed. This Maple leaf is one of a kind! Fully restored these 48 's sell for over a 100k. This vessel has a small stern area in which you can step aboard, an aft cabin, a center cockpit, a large open concept salon as well as four berths forward. In total, she can sleep upwards of 15 people.



Her teak and holly flooring in excellent shape, her engine runs well, fuel and tanks were both recently polished. She had new bottom paint in March of 2018 and her teak decks and hull are in good shape. She was just brought up from Mexico several months back.



She needs plenty of work, but the basics are in order. Her sail inventory, rigging (standing and running) and electronics need attention. Her interior is dated, but serviceable. Her westerbeke generator cranks, but has low compression.
