The ground floor of the cottage consists of a cozy kitchen with a casual dining area as well as a 16 x 9 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower in it. Upstairs a living area extends out to a large sheltered patio offering excellent sea views. This level also has an 11 x 10 bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and both bedrooms have an a/c. The cottage additionally has a nice open patio area and offers an external storage room and laundry. The property is conveniently located almost directly across the road from a major supermarket and is a very short commute to Bridgetown, restaurants and many other amenities while presently renting very well in a short term capacity.
