THE PROJECT
'Project Biograd' is an investment project with a capacity to greatly increase and improve the accommodation facilities of the Biograd city. Biograd has around 170,000 visitors annually who achieve about 1.2m overnight stays (data from 2013). This number is ever increasing, so last year alone the number of overnight stays increased by 6% compared to the year before. According to the statistics, the most numerous visitors of the town are Slovenians, Germans and Austrians, followed by Czechs, Poles and Slovaks. Structure of guests implies that most of the people visiting this city are middle income tourists, which was the primary driver to plan a 4 star development facility. Biograd is continuously evolving as a destination, and its tourist offer is richer from year to year.

Project is located on the seafront near the yacht marina. The total plot size is 4,766 m2 with the total building area of 1,430m2 (30%). Preliminary project foresees construction of a hotel.

THE LOCATION
This great location is centered in a well known tourist city Biograd. Airport is located only 30min away. Budget airlines are flying from the local airport (Zadar) to most of the major European destinations.

This location is also well connected with the A1 motorway that connects the north and the south of Croatia, namely the capital city (Zagreb) and southern Dalmatia (Dubrovnik); thus making it possible to visit all the major destinations in Croatia in just a few hours car ride. Biograd is located in central Dalmatia, the archipelago which consists of a number of well known Croatian islands and natural parks. Of the more famous ones there is the National Park Kornati, the Vrana Lake, and the National Park Krka.
