General Condition
The Beneteau line has always been known for the highest quality of construction paired with thoroughbred performance. Proven live-aboard long range offshore capable cruising design. \"Owners\" layout features three staterooms and three heads. Owners' stateroom is forward with island queen. Two private guest staterooms aft. Forward in the peak of the bow is the private crew cabin with two single bunks. Large comfortable salon is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Everything on the boat shows old-school of building seaworthy boats, from thick hull, to huge stringers, large winches, blocks etc...  
 
Actual Condition
It is reported that the boat sustained minimal damage in a Hurricane. It was on the hard at the time and did not take on any water. The mast broke and has since been fully repaired. The transmission is new and needs the following to be installed: pulpit, some stanchions, gates, two big hatches for upgrade in front cabin and a new hatch in salon (for better ventilation) to be installed (all these items come with the boat). Some of the interior needs to be varnished. Masking has started for painting the deck, which can be completed by buyer or present owner when under agreement. The hull is Awl grip Moondust.
