General Description
Navigator had a winning design with the 53 Classic, a handsome pilothouse cruising yacht introduced in 1995 with the right mix of features and price. Indeed the 53 remains a good value today compared with other yachts of her size, delivering a lot of boat for the money. Built on easy-riding, modified-V hull with a slender 15 foot beam, the three stateroom interior of the 53 Classic is arranged with the galley forward in the salon and a U-shaped dinette in the pilothouse. The full-beam salon is spacious and very comfortable and both heads contain separate stall showers. The cockpit is huge with just over 100 square feet of usable space, perfect for entertaining and fishing. Topside, wraparound lounge seating aft of the helm will seat a small crowd.

Actual Condition
This great looking yacht took on water at the dock after the stbd shaft seal and generator sea strainer failed due to freezing temps. The vessel appears structurally sound. Water levels flooded the forward cabin and engine compartment. The engines and generator have not been pickled or serviced. She will need cosmetic repairs to the interior, wiring, and mechanical work. This is a great hull to work with and worth the effort to refurbish.
