Known Material Issues:

The port teardrop window needs to be replaced. It has a small crack. Replacements for the port and starboard have been ordered and are en route from China and should arrive in Annapolis or Ft Lauderdale by end of August.    All of the electronics have been replaced in the last eight months as a result of a lightning incident. There was a complete survey done, haul out inspection and replacement of all the navigation electronics. The new owner gets the latest and the greatest Raymarine electronics. They are fabulous and a big improvement over the original equipment that came with the boat.
