It is reported this great-looking Bruce Roberts suffered water intrusion and a partial sinking at the dock. A t-valve failed and the water level rose approx. 2-feet above the cabin floor before she was pumped and secured.

The hull appears sound and the vessel floated without incident, for several weeks, after being raised. She will need mechanical, wiring, and some interior cosmetic repairs. She was a very well- maintained yacht prior to the accident. She will make a great long-range cruiser/live-aboard. This is a good opportunity for a handy sailor with mechanical knowledge.
