Location
This Winery is located in the heart of Val d’Orcia, perfectly nestled between Montepulciano and Pienza.
Besides wine, Montepulciano is a major producer of food and drinks, it is most famous for its pork, cheese and honey. But its beauty is its greatest attraction: the main street in the town that stretches for 1.5 kilometers from the top of the central hill to the bottom. The city also holds to it a walkable car-free nature.

The vineyards near the town produce Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, an austere but very elegant red wine. Wine has been made here since at least the eighth century, possibly earlier, and by the mid-16th century Montepulciano’s lofty reputation was already sealed: Pope Paul III’s described it admiringly as “un vino da signori” (a wine for aristocrats).

The town offers traditional tasty local dishes and specialties, which you should try in one of the many restaurants or trattorie, a local favorite is the hand rolled pasta “pici” with meat or cheese sauce.

Description in detail
The Winery is a beautiful estate with productive vineyards and olive groves composed by two residential areas with a court in common, for a total of about 1,420 m2.
The two buildings of the property are composed as follows:

Main house (about 622 m2):
- On the ground floor, living room with fireplace, pantry, office, cellar and bathroom;
- On the first floor, library, 1 bedroom with bathroom, another bedroom used for guests with wardrobe and bathroom. This second bedroom has its own independent access with stairs from the courtyard.

Second building, used as agriturismo:
- Only on the first floor, living room with kitchen and fireplace and 4 double bedrooms all with their own bathroom.

From the outside via a stair, there is another room that could be used as fitness room.
