Viking /Gulfstar defined cruising luxury and sophistication with the introduction of the 63 Motor Yacht  in the late 80s. Boasting a 4 stateroom layout with 3 heads , interior features a roomy salon with formal dining area forward, very impressive large master aft with walk in closet, gourmet galley with salon pass-thru. Note spacious standup engine room , enourmous fly bridge and wrap around seating and easy acess walk around decks. Powered by twin Detroit 8v92TA cruises at 16 but more  efficiently at 11-12 knots for max diesel consumption. LIV INN has less than 500 hours SMOH. 

 The current Sellers have spent summers on LIV INN  as a spacious live aboard  in Hampton , NH  and winters were on the hard winterized and shrink wrapped.  LIV INN has been well maintained and treated with TLC by its current owners, much attention to upkeep with many upgrades and additions as noted below . Forward is a spacious pilothouse with lower helm with full bench seating, and side doors which provide access to the foredeck and side decks.  The dining room features L shape seating and chairs  with seating for 8+. Wet bar / Wine Rack with lighted storage.

The forward VIP  stateroom features queen v-berth, under-berth storage, dresser, hanging locker, and private head compartment with vacuflush toilet, vanity with sink, and stall shower.

Next aft are two guest staterooms amidships. The starboard guest stateroom has upper/lower twin berths, under-berth storage, and hanging locker. The port guest stateroom features a double berth and hanging locker. Wall  mount TV. The shared guest/day head has vacuflush toilet, mirrored vanity with sink, and stall shower.

The master stateroom is aft,  It is accessed from the salon via a separate private companionway. king berth, built in wood 3 door hanging closets, office area, private head with  vacuflush toilet, lighted vanity with  2 sinks and a whirlpool  tub/shower.

Equipped with upper and lower helm stations the 63 Viking Cockpit Motor yacht offers versatility of operation depending on weather conditions and personal choice. Each helm station has a full set of electronics and controls. 

The cockpit is equipped with several storage cabinets, shower,  Custom stairs lead from the deck to the cockpit.  Optional swim platform with ladder for enjoying the water while onboard. 

This motor yacht is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines designed for long-lasting, economical, and dependable performance. Cruise at 16 knots.
