General Description

Board from the swim platform and up to the teak aft deck which is great for line-handling chores with the ease of a warping winch. Forward you enter the spacious full-beam salon. There is a brass rail stairway leading down to owner's and guest's quarter accommodations.

This stairway serves as a divider between main salon aft, and TV/entertainment area forward. Further forward, is the on-deck day head and directly ahead, on the port side of the companionway, is the raised pilothouse. Leading to the bow is the country galley with newer Corian counters.

Stairs lead down to the captains quarters with ensuite head, office desk and entertainment center. Forward, is the crew quarters with 2 bunks starboard, with ensuite head. At the foot of the stairs, is a washer and stacked dryer. Further aft, is the engine room.

Actual Condition

This is a Donation Yacht. Burger 86 Motor Yacht with custom swim platform and boarding ladder added.

- Overall exterior condition gets grade C- due to paint near end of useful life (cosmetic)
- Interior condition grade B+, some new carpeting, headliners, galley appliances, interior window surrounds
- Electronics grade B-, most newer than boat, some original OEM
- Mechanical grade B if rebuild history for engines and generators is accurate
- Engine hour meters show 2161 and 2342 hours (reportedly overhauled at 2000 hours) Northern Lights Generator,
- Westerbeke Generator. Generators' hour meters show 3632 and 3378 (reportedly overhauled about 3 years ago.)
- We are in the process of checking out all the systems and mechanicals.
