Villa degli Artisti is a restored historical mansion located in a lovely Tuscan village in the province of Pisa and dated back to the 18th Century.

The renovation made to the property in 2004 brought it back to its ancient charm preserving its original characteristics.

It develops on two floors for a total of about 1200 m2 (12.917 sqft) and it's been very elegantly decorated choosing with extreme care every detail and piece of furniture.

The Villa can accommodate up to 18 people with its 9 bedrooms, 6 of which on the first floor and all with their private bathroom.

Always on the first floor, there are a kitchen and a wide covered terrace that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

On the ground floor there are the remaining 3 bedrooms, the lounge room and dining room, the library, another fully equipped kitchen and the laundry.

From the dining room you can access to the 1000 m2 garden (10.764 sqft) using the big window doors and, once in the garden, the only thing you can do is breathing the spirit of an ancient past, sitting on comfortable lounges among centennial olive trees and by a large Jacuzzi with the shape of an old fountain.

Every room has got telephone, wi-fi and alarm, roof has been re-made in 2014 and every year window fixtures are painted so to maintain them in excellent conditions.

Villa degli Artisti is just 25 km away from Pisa, 50 km from Florence and less than one hour driving from Lucca, Viareggio and the Tuscan Coast.

Having entertained in the past historical figures like Garibaldi, Mascagni and Puccini, Villa degli Artisti is not only a truly aristocratic and unique estate, but also the perfect base from which to visit Pisa, Florence, the Chianti Region and explore the rest of this unspoilt corner of Tuscany.
