This property is located near a pretty village with commerce and close to the town of Monflanquin. The very famous bastide town of Monpazier is less than 15 minutes by car and the airport at Bergerac is just 45 minutes away.

To the side of the property and accessed through the 2nd Bed and Breakfast bedroom is a further enclosed gravelled courty yard. This makes a perfect private spot for paying guests.

Just a little further up the lane, the property owns a good sized garden of 805m ². The owners use this a lot. They have a shed and garden furniture here and it shares the same stunning view as the house. Interestingly for a purchaser, this property could be built upon as there is planning permission granted. Otherwise however a pool could be installed here, if desired.

Conclusion
This very characterful property offers several possibilities. It is perfectly laid out to continue with what the current owners do, having 2 almost independent ensuite bedrooms for B&B guests.
