Kitchen

Next to living room and framed by beautiful views over the Jardin Alsace Lorraine and the hills of Nice, the modern yet classically designed kitchen with solid marble worktop comes with a four ring hob, oven, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a large, vintage style wood table in this area that comfortably seats six and an ideally placed pink armchair – the perfect spot to enjoy a book and the impressing view.

Bedrooms

The first, master bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment with access onto its own part of the balcony with a small table and chairs to quietly enjoy your morning coffee. Following the same luxuriously vintage style as the rest of the apartment there is a king size bed with marble topped bedside tables either side and decorative touches of rose coloured textiles. There is also a large wardrobe and air conditioning.

This bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, ornate wash basin and toilet.

The second bedroom comes with two single beds and access onto the balcony. More original parquet flooring, solid wood chest of drawers and dark wood full length mirror finish this room with touches of raspberry in the textiles. This bedroom also has air-conditioning.

The third bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment and houses a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a double wardrobe. Decorative touches of marine blue finish this space.

This bedroom also comes with its own private shower room.

There are three bathrooms and three toilets in this property.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite with walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.
