Amphion Driller (Oil & Gas)

Do you have prior experience offshore? Interested in joining a new team? Our client is looking for a motivated driller to join their team.
Our client is one of the biggest companies in the Oil and Gas drilling industry in Malaysia. With over 10 years in the industry our client is rapidly becoming one of the largest Oil & Gas companies in the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities
• Operate drill equipment.
• Train assistant drillers, floor men and other direct reports.
• Assist in planning work schedule for drill crew.
• Monitor work environment on drill floor.
• Maintain safety standards to ensure safe work practices of the rig.
• Inspect equipment used for drilling operations.
• Repair equipment if need be.
• Keep drilling records and logs.

BACKGROUND:
Our Client is an International Oil & Gas company that provides variety of offshore drilling services to upstream sector. The client operates their own fleet of offshore drilling rigs and strives to deliver the highest standard of service. Our client also offers repair and inspection services to the petroleum and petrochemicals industry.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• At least 4-7 years of experience on an Amphion Rig.
• Experience on semi-submersibles.
• Previous experience as a Driller.
• Valid IWCF or IADC Certificate.
• Valid offshore certifications are a plus.
