This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is an expansive property. Though of traditional Thai design, it has all the modern amenities for those who crave comfort but, for those who also want to appreciate nature, it also offers sea views from every bedroom and all of the main living areas, not to mention superb views of Phuket's west coast and inland areas. The villa is set in a luxuriant tropical garden that attracts a great variety of bird and butterfly life, but it is also open to cooling sea breezes throughout the year.

The top level of the villa's main building comprises the master bedroom, which has three connected units: the master bedroom itself, with its king-size bed; the library/study with its entertainment system; and the bathroom, which features capacious built-in wardrobes, a shower stall with two showers, and a large outdoor tub. The master bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase from the pool level.

At the villa's centre on the pool level is its infinity swimming pool, enclosed on three sides by three main pavilions; these contain the kitchen and dining area, the sitting-cum-leisure room, and the main building, which features the master bedroom (one floor up, via the spiral staircase) and a large pool-level bedroom, as well as an extra toilet. Also poolside is a covered outdoor bar with an entertainment system—a great spot for entertaining and for enjoying Phuket's famous west-coast sunsets.

The main rooms on the top and pool levels feature hardwood vaulted ceilings that create a spacious and airy atmosphere at all times.

The lower living level has three en-suite double bedrooms as well as self-contained helpers' quarters. The three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and private balconies that extend the outdoor living space, and all of these rooms are connected by a long and airy corridor that extends the length of the lower level.

The garage level has covered area for two cars and uncovered area for two more, as well as a large store room. Half a level up from that is the pool maintenance room.

The villa is beautifully decorated throughout and is furnished largely in locally sourced natural materials. It is fitted with ducted air-conditioning, phase-three electricity, fans, and mosquito screens, and it has a telephone line and a WiFi internet connection. The villa is also protected by 24-hour estate security.
