Three bedroom apartments are a rare find in the Old Town and best of all this one is tucked up away from the main streets. There is air-conditioning and double glazing throughout and the balcony is a great spot for people watching.

Living Area

Dual aspect and airy, the living area offers a cosy spot for guests to relax and unwind. Complete with two two-seater sofas and a matching armchair, entertainment is also well catered for in the form of a TV with some English news channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi and an iPod dock.

If you manage to resist the temptation of the traditional restaurants in the surrounding streets, there is also plenty of space for everyone to dine indoors at the glass table with six high-backed chairs.

Kitchen

Separated from the living area by a breakfast bar with four bar stools, the kitchen comes equipped with a four-ring hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of worktop space for preparing your tasty ingredients and there are two further stools in the kitchen if anyone wants to have a glass of wine and chat to the chef as they work.

From the kitchen, guests can step out onto the balcony and admire the view of the bustling Old Town and the hills in the distance.

The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a cupboard off the entrance hall.

Bedrooms

The first two bedrooms are located off the entrance hall and the third bedroom off the living area. All come with double glazing and traditional shutters to help you lie in as long as you want to in the morning.

The Master bedroom has a King-Size bed which comes with two reading lamps. There is also a walk-in wardrobe, so plenty of space to unpack all your clothes.

The second bedroom has a double bed with reading lamps and its very own ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom you can open the patio doors and step straight out onto the balcony. Storage space for guests staying in this room can be found in the large cupboard off the hallway.

The third bedroom also has a double bed and this room comes with two bedside tables with reading lamps as well as a double fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is located just next to the Master bedroom. Redecorated in 2013, it comes complete with a bath with shower fitting, his and hers washbasins, double vanity unit with mirror above and a heated towel rail.

The ensuite bathroom (off the second bedroom) has a walk-in shower, toilet, glass washbasin with vanity unit and mirror and a heated towel rail.

There is also a separate WC.
