It has a gross area of approximately 179 square meters, and is composed as follows: you enter the house by a porch with a large arched opening, from here you go in the sitting room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom; the floor below, reached by a staircase, has a large kitchen with oven and pellet stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to a pergola and the swimming pool.

The renovations works were carried out in stages from 1985 to 2003.
