There is access onto a small balcony from this room.

There is a two-seater sofa, two separate armchairs, wooden coffee table, TV and dining table to seat four.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been finished in a clean modern style with dark grey worktop and wood effect cupboards. There is a full size fridge freezer, oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Bedrooms

The first and largest bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment with access onto the second small balcony. Simply decorated with crisp white walls and white wood furnishings this generous room also benefits from the original parquet flooring.

There are two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps, a double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The second bedroom is at the back of the property and has a Juliette balcony. This room is cosy and comfortable and finished in a similar style to the first.

There is a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and a small walk-in closet.

There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms.

Bathroom

The bathroom is small but functional and modern with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and mirror.

There is a separate WC next door.
