This second floor STUDIO apartment is located in a beautiful part of Mojacar Playa with the golden beaches just a stone throw away.

The community is well maintained and has communal parking, a large swimming pool, terraces and is walking distance to all amenities including beach bars, restaurants and the commercial centre. At the end of the road is the local bus service which takes you up to the traditional Spanish village of Mojacar Pueblo.

Internally the studio consists of a modern open kitchen which includes an integrated microwave and fridge/freezer. The electric water boiler is also fitted in the kitchen.

There is a large shower room where the washing machine is located.

The main room is well distributed and has a double bed, seating area with a double sofa and fitted wardrobes. The terrace is enclosed and offers fantastic one off views out to sea.
