The "Ca dal Preu" is aB & B / apartment which is located in the village of Colloro - Premosello Chiovenda in Ossola Valley (province of Verbania), north of Lake Maggiore and close to the Monte Rosa.

At an altitude of 550 meters, the "Ca dalPreu" offers the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation, in the sense that the owners are very friendly, the house is an old stone house that the location is very good for those which either love hiking or swimming at the lake or even just enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful village

Colloro is a small village of 150 inhabitants within the National Park of Val Grande, where beautiful creeks are offering the chance to swim.

The apartment is not a typical apartment,in the sense that it consists of three rooms each. The rooms (bedroom, kitchen/dining and the bathroom) are next to each other on the garden level but not connected.
On top of the apartment there is the B&B “Ca dal Preu” where the owners Pia and Luca both hicking guides lives.
In the garden and on the terrace, you can eat,while you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the lower Val d'Ossola.
