Arolles is a recently built (2005), wonderfully stylish apartment situated in the old part of Argentière village, a short walk from the Grands Montets ski area and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Part of a small, traditional residence (8 apartments), the property has been finished to a very high standard using quality, crafted timberwork along with traditional stonework and tiles.

The apartment is on the second floor and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance opens into a large living and dining area, focused around a central feature fireplace, with 2 sets of French doors leading onto the south-facing balcony. The apartment has a ski locker and a shared cave. The residence shares 2 parking spaces right by the building with easy additional parking within the village.

Our opinion
Apartment les Arolles is a rare product, that's for sure. Extending along the length of the building with a triple aspect, the apartment has plenty of light and fabulous views along the Valley and up to the Grands Montets. Beautifully finished and with considerable style, this is an attractive "lock up and leave" proposition for an overseas buyer, but would suit a resident equally well. Particularly anybody looking for easy access to the Grands Montets!

The apartment is situated in the original part of the village of Argentière, in a quiet, private spot. The village has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a good sized supermarket, which are all within easy walking distance.

The Grands Montets lift station is a very short drive or a 10 minute walk away. For the other ski areas, Argentière train station is a 5 minute walk and the nearest bus stop 300 metres. It is often possible to ski back to the apartment through the woods.
