Opis:

We're hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager, for our multinational client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage Maintenance department to achieve Departmental Targets.

* Plan Budget and activities to maintain high MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) and lower MTTR (Mean time to Repair)

* Train and Develop a sustainable team

* Improve departmental procedures and efficiencies

* Predictive and preventive machinery & equipment maintenance

* Planning and Execution of maintenance activities

* Resource Management – Spares, Consumables & tools

* Project Management – New installations

* Break Down Analysis and Prevention plan to control Break Down and achieve 100% up time

* Energy Saving initiatives

* Reduction in Maintenance costs

* Line Automation & Data Logging

* Equipment calibration scheduling and on time completion

Preference:

* Candidate having Exposure to similar manufacturing environment

* MBA – Operations Management

* Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical with 3-5 years experience in industrial field ,
