ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Are you an experienced Assistant Project Manager with Civil and Structural Project Management experience in Singapore? Our client is actively looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can join their growing team in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• Oversee main functions including contractual, budget, resources, construction, quality and safety within assigned areas.
• Plan, program and monitor the overall progress of works/projects.
• Liaise with client’s representatives, relevant authorities and also consultants.
• Able to handle technical problems.
• Prepare, check and verify cost/project reports.

BACKGROUND:

Our client is one of the largest General Contractors based in Singapore.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Recognized Civil or Structural Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years project management experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with local regulations.
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
