This big finca is situated near Ayagaures. This place is perfect if you want to relax from your daily routine. Ayagaures offers endless possibilities for a holiday in harmony with nature. Our house is located just outside the charming village of Ayagaures, and is only a 5 minute walk away.

The house is build in 1960 and restored since then with the idea of a typical Canarian house, in compliance with this style. It is surrounded by an area of fruit trees, swimming pool, fountain own domestic farm animals (chickens, goats ...).

The house is situated on the outskirts of Playa del Ingles and it has four double rooms, all with private bathroom and balcony, overlooking the expanse of land owns the house.
It is equipped with a kitchen that is unique and different from others, which it is outside the house, under a pergola. Real canary style to enjoy the preparation of a good meal outside.
It has, apart from the four rooms and the outdoor kitchen, a courtyard with two rooms apart. One room is a cozy lounge with TV. The other room is intended for leisure reading or board games.

The house is surrounded by fruit trees (mango, lemon, mango, bananas, avocados, figs ...) and a beautiful pool that blends with the garden.
