What can we say about this gem of an apartment, hidden away just minutes from Villefranche. This is definitely somewhere you can enjoy both the outdoor and indoor life. Contemporary in design, chill out on the terrace sofas taking in the beautiful sea views from Nice to Villefranche you can even see the sail boats bobbing around Cap Ferrat peeping through the trees. You can get an intrupted view of Cap Ferrat from the entrance of the apartment block.
Overlooking the communal pool on a hot day, there's nothing better than enjoying a refreshing swim.

Living Area

The living area is bright and open with French doors that lead out onto the relaxation/terrace area. It has a cream leather sofa, a contemporary wooden coffee table and a white sideboard which holds a plasma TV and Blu ray DVD player.

Through the French doors you will find the outdoor living space which will lure you outside with its magnificent views. Positioned perfectly to enjoy these views is a large comfy sofa with enough space for five. For dining gather around the wooden table with seating for six.

Kitchen

The kitchen is more old style than the rest of the apartment but is still well equipped. Budding cooks will find an oven and extractor fan, four ring hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. It is separate to the living room, French doors lead out from the kitchen on to the balcony - making it much easier for the chef to serve up delicious dishes on the terrace. Please note the chairs featured in the photo of the kitchen have been removed.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a king size bed, open double wardrobe, two bedside tables with small reading lamps. It benefits from a large window from which you can wake up to beautiful views. Roll out of bed and wander out to the terrace area and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The second bedroom has a king sized bed, double wardrobe, mirror, a bedside table with lamp and two wooden shelves for your convenience.

Bathroom

Although there is only one bathroom it won't disappoint. With its stone effect tiling, this very spacious bathroom has adequate space and facilities for two to pamper themselves, soaking in the corner bath with optional shower unit or showering in the large shower. It also has a sink, large mirror and an original towel wall heating.
