Baan Chai Nam is a small beachfront residential estate located at the southern end of beautiful Bang Tao Beach overlooking the Andaman Sea. It is just a 30 minute drive from Phuket International Airport and 10 minutes from the famous Laguna Phuket Golf Course and Boat Avenue shopping complex.
The villa, which sleeps 6 people, is one of the rare absolute beach front houses on Bang Tao beach. It combines an elegant mix of modern and traditional Thai style to create a restful and contemplative space, in harmony with its surroundings. The living room, dining room and master bedroom all open on to the covered terrace. This is a wonderful place to eat breakfast, barbecue, read, relax with a drink at sunset or simply watch the local fisherman. With a shared 20 metre swimming pool it is simply an idyllic place to enjoy a perfect island holiday.
There are many excellent restaurants in nearby Bang Tao village and Surin. Steps away from the main gate choose between a luxury beachfront seafood restaurant, an authentic local Thai restaurant or a grill with its impressive cocktail bar and international cuisine.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes two refrigerators, full size oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric and gas cooktops and range hood.
Wireless internet, Cable TV and a DVD/CD player with iPhone connection are provided.
Each of the three bedrooms has a ceiling fan and air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and looks out through the garden to the ocean. It has a walk-through closet area and very large bathroom with bath tub, separate shower and ocean view. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two single beds. An infant cot is available.
If you must bring work with you there is a private study room with desk. The fully equipped laundry has an extra large washer and dryer. Twice weekly maid service is included, and daily maid service can be arranged if required.
